We offer a free shipping if your location is within our local area. Our local delivery area includes the following postcodes - 4000, 4101, 4001, 4006, 4054, 4051, 4169, 4005, 4010, 4007, 4060, 4059, 4064, 4066, 4065. See shipping options in the online store check-out for further details.

We deliver daily to our local delivery area. Orders before midday are delivered same day, and best efforts made for orders after midday.

We are typically unable to hold orders for a delivery on a specific date.

If you have chosen the pickup delivery option, collection is available at our Fortitude Valley BrewBar. Trading hours are listed on our website.

Orders are shipped either directly via Soapbox delivery, selected courier services or Australia Post (whichever provides the fastest delivery times).

Shipping times vary but your beer should arrive within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.  If you don't receive your beer within 10 business days, please let us know via email to orders@soapbox.beer

Deliveries are generally made during business hours Monday to Friday, however we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery.

No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends.

Purchase of alcohol is strictly limited to persons eighteen (18) years and over. By ordering alcohol through our online store, you (the purchaser) acknowledge you are legally permitted to do so under Australian law.

We only accept orders for delivery within Australia. International orders are not available at this stage.

We support the responsible service of alcohol across Australia.  Under the Liquor Act 1992 (QLD), it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.  Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.
